after 1 year of riding and lots os bails and wrong rolls and side landing
she need some re-inforcent (little too late) defoaming, and a new engine!!

bondline all came loose around the all tray
I had almost 2 liter of water inside

scuper and reinforcement started today and look pretty good
put cap at end if I ever need to shut off the scuper

:Banane13: all the bonding lines resin were scrap out and filled with epoxy and polyester
and 1 layer of 1808 BIax fiber inside tray and 1 layer of 1808 plus 1 layer of Carbon at engine bay

everythin looks pretty solid, and today all my 448 ping pong balls arrived, but I thing will need some more!
or maybe do the side with foam that way I can shape my footholds the way I want and then fiberglass after
!!

i would use a little foam with the ping pong balls to hold them in place.

Lucas, Make sure you seal up the driveshaft tube really good at each end before sealing up tray.
Too many skis have prop problems because of the factory sealing leaks from cracking.

finaly got my hands back on it!
Got the extra foam on the side, that way I can shape my FH the way I like
Only problen had to put some piece of wood to hold the foam and the balls down but I took off way to soon, so some the balls were to high so had to grinded down and put some more foam
tomorrow I will start the glassing:brap::brap::brap::brap:
