Does anyone know the optimal temperature range for a B-pipe headpipe, chamber and the waterbox?

Does anyone have a video or audio of similar engines using OEM and JM boxes? I need a smaller than OEM box but want to minimize the increase the loudness. Has anyone used one of these (or another AM waterbox) with an inline silencer and water injection? Would it significantly help to quiet it down?

I bought a superjet with BOB holds already installed and like my fixed footholds a lot more. Being able to adjust them sounds cool but really isn't very useful because the low settings make them too small for almost any adult to fit their feet in them. I wear indoor soccer shoes with 1"...
