Just put it where the tool kit was AND BUNGEE IT DOWN with the stock bungee. It works fine. It won't fit with the blowsion bracket...it's taller than a 500, but works wayyyyyy better.
I am not sure. LPW and Group K mill them very reasonably....Keep it around 175 180 for pump gas...
The flywheel:
Put an ad looking for a used charging aluminum flywheel.....or
get it lightened by LPW or Group K.

exactly....not really needed on an SXR. I am still running a stock impeller and rode my SXR with a stock intake and rideplate until this year... (6 years)
I only switched because my ski is 75 pounds lighter. :fing02:
I am just thinking for in the future....I certainly don't want to run the dry pipe....so if I could run a wet, I would absolutely want the pvs. I have seen so many dry pipes crack that I wouldn't touch one with a 10 ft. pole unless I was just racing it.
