The believe the right side is NOT a pisser. It is for overflowing gas. If the left pisser was pissing, you should be fine. If it is not, you probably have a blown head gasket. I think you can bypass that temp sensor... f that thing. You bypass it when you put a pipe on anyway.

exhaust leak? (run it with the hood off and see if the exhaust is choking it out) cut the wires back? (kawi wires are known to fry on the ends)

Once again, use the 750 Rulemate bilge and bungee it down where your tool kit goes. 500's suck and they need a switch. 750 is wayyyy faster and turns on automatically. No switch needed so it is cheaper in the end, you also don't need a bracket. ,,,,,and yes, block off the stock siphon.
