ummmmmmmm...the beach right next to it had killer 5 footers just two weeks ago due to a strong east wind over Buffalo NY. It produced Ocean like conditions, considering the waves had 241 miles to form a swell all the way from Niagara Falls....
My brother, Jeff, is the head Mechanic at Mission Bay Jetsports.
Tell him DJ told you about him on the X and he'll hook ya up.
Excellent Mechanic...
They also rent couches on Mission Bay and 4 wheelers in the winter to take to the desert.

Those were perfect conditions with those dead east winds.....although those winds are the rarest on lake erie. However, it does give those waves a long way to form.
Absolutely. It was a great time! The waves on the East coast, (and def great lakes) can't touch these. They are soooo far apart and easy to ride. Your runway is basically a football field! I would have loved to have been on my own ski.
I am planning A Niagara trip for next year...so I got the rapids covered.
I am gonna edit the heck out of it, so it will be good....I am gonna collect footage from others with helmet cams too.
Do you think we should mix in helmet and non helmet footage? I think it would be more interesting...
Thanks Curtis! I heard you had a rough time of it out there. It was great to meet ya in person. I think I got some good vid of ya tearin up those waves....I'm gonna look at it tonight.
:firedevil:A big thanks to the Oceanside Crew!!! :firedevil: I think there were 14 skis out there today!!! Everyone was super cool and welcoming. The surf was kick a$! What an amazing place to ride....you guys have it good. Your worst surf day is our best! :poke:by far.
Big thanks to those...
What do you think? A couple 3M stickey tabs (kinda like the ones that come with the gopro cameras) and a spring to hold your scupper closed when upside down?
