Ski could get pushed 200 yards away from you by surf. Ski could get flipped by surf and sink (you might be too far away to flip it back). Ski could land on you. Easier to get hurt. ....and you waste all your energy chasing your ski instead of riding it. btw...never get in between your ski...

Matt has built me a super sick Movie Making computer using XP. ....I still haven't heard ONE advantage to running Windows 7.

Any ocean surf is perfect for me! Our best, most amazing days are like your below average days! It's all about perspective. I am sure people living on rivers and small lakes think our Lake Erie surf is awesome.
