we need pix butti and I have been talking about lopping off a front bearing from a crank to replace it....we'll use another OEM bearing is there a trick to lining it up correctly?

One of the locals here just did a 650 pump conversion last week.....the pump aspect of it is pretty easy.. the midshaft assembly mod is a little labor intensive and requres machinework to bore the assy to fit the kawi parts.. Bobs pump mod is sweet if you have the coin, and just a little...

that thing woudl kill me in the surf! :crutches: fx tank is already small enough that you have to fill up every time you come in....I woudlnt want to go any smaller.. I think we are going to melt an old fx tank this weekend just for the F of it

that was my .02 as well, but john LOVES these style of enclosed holds..... he actually trimmed them down a hair last night and it made them look a little more forgiving.. no turf job is difficult with heat :smokin:
