Yes the stinger temp depends on how much water is being run through it,on a bone stock 650 you could probably grab the stinger and hold it,if you mod the pipe though the stinger runs much hotter Like Wavedemon said.

650 because 750 electronics suck,really you can run either just know that one day the boat will start running crappy because the stator went out if you are running 750 electrics.
