I have the ES -2 and love it. Plenty light, but I'm not trying flatwater backflips.

Unless you are going to do flatwater backflips, an ES should be fine. Mine is as light as a superjet. It also makes your ski much faster having all that weight gone. Call Bobby though, he is a great guy!

I would love to do some filming from the shore when I come out in August. Got a new Bada$s mofo HD Cam and a tripod...also got a buddy who was stationed at the base and knows everyone...so I may be able to get a pass to film from shore. I'll know closer to August.

There are 3 WDK hoods in cleveland...no probs yet. Madmat has the steering system. Best steering system I have ever seen...with the Bruins being a close second. XMetal pole rocks...first one I haven't broken.

Super lightweight, unbreakable hulls and hoods. It weighs about the same as a stock SJ. If you love your SXRs handling, but want it to weigh less and be alot faster, this is a great option. :cool2:

Pole off of a stock superjet. They are cheap and pretty strong.

Damn...I can't imagine blowing holes in the side of an SXR hull!

Spray them down with WD40 after each ride and keep your hood open a little bit while you are storing it...should stop the rust.
