I did install drains and a channel system for water to escape and not sit in the foam I have done my ski like this and Katies ski. I also sealed the bond line inside and over the years still get water inside. Mark44

yes I have done it many times. I also replace the turf only on the holds when it gets ripped up. The turf on the sides of my tray is the original from 5 years ago I have a section that I rip out by the holds. Mark44

Try pulling out those stuffers you may find some more power. Mark44
