N YEP THE NYLON WASHER WORKS OUT GREAT. It replaces the bearing. It saved my UMI and I also replaced the nut with a split set collar like TBM sells now I have no problems with the UMI.:beerchug: Mark44

If the scupper leaks it leaks into the engine compartment not into the tray area because the 2” pcv pipe is sealed at the back of the ski and at the tray wall. Mark44

I like to have any water that is in there sit on the ski body and not sit on or in the foam this is why I have channels across the bottom and back to the drains. I do not have threaded inserts to accept the drain plugs I drilled and tapped through the ski and into the nylon I installed. The...

Yes you need to cut a large hole. Also seal all tubes on the inside of the tray, the drive shaft tube leaks like a river over time. Mark44
