alright this pole project is over. I got it all worked out and the dang cable is like bent as a MOFO! im just leavin my stock pole on til it breaks, I need to go ride.

If your pole has some side to side play in it, its time for new bushings. period p.s. its VOILA! not WALLA! lol ski looks sweet tho man, keep it up! I also glassed my stock nosepiece together, looks trick and was free.

did you forget to paint the rub rail or are you turfing it and is that a sticker on the front left side of the ski? painted over it?

ive had my green matrix suit for 3 years and its in great shape. smells kinda like pee pee tho sometimes i say this about boots, they all only last a season for me, im hard on them. but i get my money's worth from'em!

went back out in my garage and tightened the bolt down with the extra nylon washer, no play at all! I believe the washer is 1/16th or so thick, very thin. but it does the trick!
