Ive used that stuff for concrete floors before also. Its perfect. I used it when I had to pour a new section of floor, I drilled holes in the exisiting concrete and epoxied in some re-rod to help hold the new stuff in place. dries fast as sht! mixes very well also, but its a one time usage thing

yes you will and i came across an issue you should know about. when welding in your angle, make sure you make it extra long so it goes further into the inside of the pole. you should, before welding, drill holes and mock up where your steering cable holder will go, and THEN weld the angle of...
