yes they are sealed OEM bearings for a Kawi 650 pump. What do you mean nothing is rubbing? the only thing i could see that is possible to rub is the spacer between the 2 bearings but it is moving freely as it should. I was thinking they may loosen up after some use but i dont know...

Has anyone put a Stock flame arrestor on an aftermarket carb like a full spectrum or a buckshot? They have the velocity stacks that are pressed in and have nothing to bolt to. I dont want to use something like a prok due to water ingestion.

If you really didnt believe him you wouldnt even bother posting. Yet he has you guys coming back for more constantly. It takes peopel months for a normal buildup. Never mind machining your own engine, designing your own hull etc etc. Give the guy time.

X2 cable wont fit. thanks though. The bracket you are talking about would help except that would keep the cable as a pull up type and the carb is a pull down type. I would need to start changing the shafts and buying a braket and a new X2 cable. I'd rather just mod the cable i have...

new cable costs liek 70 bucks. Also a standard X2 cable is too short for my aftermarket intake manifold and carb. I need a longer one from a differnt model but then they are too long.

what exactly am i looking for? I did a search and there are several differnt kinds of ends you can put on. What will fit onto my carb?

I want to shorten a throttle cable. I have an x2 with a cable from a 750 which ends up wrapping around in my engine compartment. Also there are a few strands that frayed on the end. Is this possible? If it is, does anyone have a link to a how to page or where i get the parts i need.

i have no doubt i can hold the throttle better with teh twist throttle over a finger throttle going over waves or normal riding. I just dont think it would be good in those mishap moments when you loose your footing on the turf or youre laying in superman position during take off or rest.

After thinking about it, although i think it would be more comfortable i am going to just go with the standard finger throttle. Only reason being is.... if you happen to slip while riding or you start int eh superman position which is normal for an X2 you may not be able to let off the gas...
