    I'm going to have to agree with ollie on this one... The ski was found 1/2 mile away from where it sunk, so it would be fair to say it is only slightly negatively bouyant at depth. Yuou will have to break the suction, then I'll bet it will be very easy to bring to the surface.

    Air compressed at 1500 psi shot out through a regulator will break the suction no problem.
