I'd go with any steering without bearings. I like the cold fusion bushing setup. I hate the umi style bearing setups.

why are you replacing the seals? pulll the coupler off before you split the cases. And put grease in the lips of the seals

also keep in mind the xmetal curve might of bean designed for their specific porting. The atp curv is prob designed for a standard limited setup

I like the atp curve but I might come on a little sooner and fall off sooner as well

dude? Why the :-):-):-):-) didn't you double check under the hood before you pulled up to the inspection station? After I load up my ski I always stuff a bunch of rags all over the engine compartment cuz there's always a little water hiding under the tank ad w.b. That finds it's way out.

sounds like locateing pins in the cases aren't aligned properlywith the holes on the crankshaft. At least 1 pin must be out. You shouldn't have to force it. If you do you'll push the pins in the cases and the flywheel side will pop through. Ask me how I know...

I bought a set of footholds from the ski clinic and they were almost identical to the revs. Had to cut off like 1/2 of em to get them to my likeing. But that can happen in any footholds if you pad em snug enough.

new sealed koyo bearings are only 10$ from a bearing shop. Most bearing shops have the seals too. Like 3or4$ a piece
