ahh I remember it well back in the 250 r day's I bought a new one every year they made them. yes the antifreeze need's to be for alum. engines

ok so the stinger mod on the limited chamber that is for cooling right, however it should also help with noise, and the other question is what about running a pressure valve or whatever you call it so no water is going in the stinger until it hit's a higher r.p.m.? I read something about this.

is your's really loud now? I sure like how the stock waterbox fit's of course I still have the stock foam in the front also.

YEAH there we go I drilled out the stock waterbox 12-3/8" holes in each baffle level that's about as good as it's gonna get I think. after reading some other post's I don't want it too loud.

If I leave it stock will that be ok? I have tore this thing apart twice it's had two engines in it and hasn't left the shop yet haha

yeah I was happy at 175 psi I was reading alot of other stuff but ya know port height's and bores it all changes everything, hell this will be fine on pump gas on stock timing I think. I am wanting to try it like this anyway.

by the way the westcoast head's take a gasket and o-ring's I just got mine from gordy at pacific jet sport's. installed it and ended up with 175 psi compression so in goes the motor I plumbed it for dual cooling
