honestly, hit the snout of the starter with a cleaner/solvent then apply a semi-thick-ish layer of 1211 onto it and youll be good.
... however, id like tp get a handful of these o-rings myself.....
i was thinking to myself, as i was trying different things, to maybe attach the straps to the liner. ill see how this works then go from there. i only had to drill 2 small, hidden-ish holes to make this one work.

thanks for the pic. i used a ratcheting strap in conjunction with the latch on my ski, but now that the hood is on my wifes ski, im not sure im going to have the room with the ppffh.
are you running ONLY a strap? no latch assembly?
