your pix are small...does that hull have the engine bay drop in shell? pour some water in that gas tank..make sure it doesnt leak....if it does, it will leak out the bolt holes..

dirtbike tubes have been thought of as an excellent source of flotation....ping pong balls....beer pong balls...plastic coke bottles..sealed air chambers its all been done ...nothing is as good as poly/couch foam.....no need to reinvent the wheel here spend the time to shape the poly...
