trailer tie, or tow loop or both! no worries about them falling out......you have to fold the nylon the long way to fit it. Usually it takes both hands to pull it through.... the the way it is sewed it has a little tail which acts as a "barb" and anchors it into place even more

put it behind the engine......just glue the base to the hull make sure to prep it well or it'll come loose
