nope, ez-outs are the sprialed cone shaped ones.

Ive used reverse drill bits on things too and they work just the same, to me. The cone shaped extractors are ez-outs.

I did the same thing on my squarenose last winter. Just center punch the bolt as good as you can, and then use a drill bit and drill to whatever size the ez-out you use recommends. And take your time, mine came out easily. A reverse drill bit is essentially the same thing as an ez-out/extractor...

Make sure when you reinforce, you wrap the glass down to the bottom of the hull as well so it makes that 90 degree turn. That will help give it strength because beefing it up wont do as much as also wrapping it down onto the bottom. Thats where alot of the strength comes from.

the worx intake grate is a great grate to use, but it also will not slow you down as much as any other grate. Its got the least 'drag'

a std length umi pole and std plate are still -1 shorter than a stock kawi setup.
