Dr Z is a badmutha! bought an 03 a couple of years ago with 800 miles on it and it was the best damn bike ever..yes its heavy, its not slow....its just not KTM 450 fast its bulletproof, has a great light system on it and would be my choice any day of the week if you like to road ride it...

that JB driveshaft trick is great we have a st. aug blaster here thats going on probably 5 years with it still in place if you use about 1/2 tube it will form up and still removable...the JB "rebuids" the threads
