Some of the 550 Kawasaki's came through without the screws staked, I remember the bulletin, the tool we used to stake the screws was a pair of linesman pliers with two handle extensions made from pieces of pipe , this was necessary to get the proper leverage to stake the screws

For a stock engine dual cooling is not necessary

I don't even think they used vinyl ester on this one , more than likely polyester resin, at any rate it didn't hold, I use epoxy on all repairs the only thing I use Polyester for is splashing moldsand I sometimes use vinyl ester for making parts................

Yep everyone does not have 30 G's laying around to put in a freestyle ski and if they did they couldn't ride it to its potential , I know I fit in that catagory.
