REPLACE. A crack right through the bond line is a bad deal, especially right smack in the middle of the boat.

I am pulling my 650 this winter and sending it to X2 Cartel Machineworks. He told me he can get 212 hp. It's such a great platform. Unlimited potential.
No expert am I, but I would say a reliable protec'ed 650 is going to do just fine for now. The cases would make very minimal difference, if not a negative effect.
