McMaster 3/16 ID tygon 1.25 per ft. or 1.05 per ft with 50' or more. 1/4" ID 1.42 and 1.19 for 50' or more 1/8" .78 or .64 for 50' or more. I have also found 3/16 works best for fuel. Easy to slide on with a quick spray of windex on the nipple. Mark44

Get your barbed fitting from Mcmaster carr with 1/8" NPT threads and drill and tap the case. Glue is for wood working. #5346K11 Mark44

Installs the same as Tygon, you can compare the durometer on McMasters web site. I use 3/16" ID for a proper fit. Mark44
