Y You don't flip it you put it on top of the springs VS/S bellow the springs.

I lowered my trailer because I pulled it behind a Scion xB. Simply make 2 plates for the bottom of the axle and move the axle to the other side of the springs. I also raised the fenders to clear the tires, I think 1 1/2". Mark44
