You need a sot license to do ththis if u make a suppressor then submit it w paperwork and serial you are going to get a bill from the ATF for 2500 bucks..that's what the sot costs

70% backfire rate? its possible you have a leaky needle/seat in the new carb setup, but those epics are NOTORIOUS for what you are describing
