    I cut mine straight for now. Gonna ride it for a bit before i go further. If anything, i might scallop the chines... Its a 2008 btw... Heres a couple in process pixs... Just mocking stuff up... Still need to final sand the epoxy used to seal the marine filler... Then paint

    got the marine filler sanded and skim coated. I'll final sand tomorrow and epoxy seal it... then ready for paint.

    Sounds awesome Chris! looks like the entire WNY crew is building skis this year. I'm partial to orange, but it's getting more popular so my new ski is going to stay Yamaha blue for a year... while I decide on my new color.

    Added a layer of glass to the outside for strength, sanded and decided to use marine filler to make it smooth... After it sets up (about 3 hours) ill sand it smooth and seal it with a coat of epoxy... Then paint.

    ok cool. Just checkin cuz mine split near the zerk.. Rubber separated from the housing and grease squeezed out.

    5.5oz carbon kevlar complete started the tubbie destroyer install pulled the mid shaft out of the mid housing - sending to Justin, along with my old motor mounts for the urethane upgrade went through the ebox, majorly cleaned and installed a new gasket

    Actually, Chris Maros (from the old 24/7) sent me some with the very first set of footholds I ever bought. I loved the stuff, and have been using if for everything ever since. That stuff is awesome!! and I've never had it pull away or break apart.
