Really? by cutting them wrong? I use a small bur and trace whats left of the old one. then i give it 3-4 layers of copper spray.

Nice! you can't go wrong with that. i just sold two bare hulls for $30 and they were stripped. Mods are cheap to! I got an aftermarket exaust and mani, ride plate, intake grate, and 46mm after market carb all off ebay to my door for a hundred bucks. 550's Rock!!
