You need Viton for sealing the compression chamber, but Buna-N is fine for the rest of the o-rings.

For the perimeter, buy 1/16" Bulk Buna-N. Any color is fine I think (red or black). I've been using McMasterCarr for my RIVA head, but someone told me of a Cal-Seal nearby and that would be alot cheaper if you had one close. http://www.calseal.com/Cal-Seal_Texas.htm

I'd have to echo the same sentiments from above. Seems more of a "Surf Slap" than a "Surf Slam" to me. Geez, and I'm driving out for this and convinced my wife how cool it was going to be to get her to fly and bring friends of hers from 3 hrs away. I guess the pressure's on Joe... :surprised:

It is still useful in certain circumstanses, but in general, the SXR handles well enough without having to do that.
