I'm not the best at photoshop but here's my thoughts. My vote is to keep some version of our original logo that jetskee came up with. See attached of back, front would be the standard, let me know if you want to see it in different colors.

i have a 13/15 cutback with bored nozzle and ww cone. i switched back to stock and lost some low end. ww cone is back on. it all depends on you enigne setup, prop, ski ect. I'd say experiment with them both.

bigger water flow area simplifed thinking is water flow area = area of nozzle - area of cone so shorter cone means more water can be pushed through it. similar effect as bigger nozzle.

how does it provide more throw? i didnt realize the cable bottoms out anywhere.

Damn, I stand corrected. Good to know since I am getting 2 650's and planned on have one carb converted to a 48.

carb is the same. (44) intake/reeds top half of case cylinder exhaust pistons (unless 650 was already bored out to 81mm) head - i will hook you up with one free if you want it.

sorry, i havent read this whole thread or any of the other thread, but if your saying the expansion chamber flow into the waterbox is causing a vacuum/pull on the cooling system, anyone with a cooling line teed to have water flow to the pisser and the chamber would never have any water out the...
