It will, I don't think anyone is arguing that. Heck, the WaveVenture 701 turned a 155mm pump! The question is how well it will work... I think having a 75mm center secion and only 6 vanes, it will turn like butter.
The oil seal is still on there, just fine. That washer just sits between the impeller and oil seal, probably to help keep water out of the seal area.
That pump looks like ******** but it should work okay if the bearings are smooth.

The Pro hull should be 20 pounds heavier than the SXi hull. 145 pounds actually sounds about right for an unreinforced Pro hull. But you never know how they put a ski together at the factory...
The 760's from Yamaha came with lower psi on the rear cylinder. But they were designed for a sitdown... sitdowns that dumbasses beat the piss out of. I think you'd be plenty safe with 175psi on a 760 and 94 octane.
