just took the motor out, the seal with the nubs was on the inside, i'm not sure how the other one even fit in there with it like that??? the nubs stick out over the next groove.....lesson learned
ouch....i was kind of thinking they only went in 1 way, are the inner and outer seals the same? it's been a while since i put that thing togather...i don't remember. i didn't think that they would fit in spun back wards???
no grease, but i did put hondabond 4 on the lip of the seal that sets...
i need some for that trailer i'm getting built, but i can't find anyone that want's to even look for anything here. remember on the old standup trailers, the rubber mount part on the trailer that the bow eye pin went in....i need 4 of those. anyone know where to get'em??
ski is done, just waiting to get my computer back to post pics, rails are turfed, liner is glued in with 5200, taped off the state sticker, ski looks really good

sorry it took me so long to get back, get a heat gun and have patience, if you use a lot of heat and patience, you won't crack it like i did, you can also slip a hacksaw blade in for some of it

i'd never mix ring and piston brands, if you got a yami piston, get a yami ring, if you gat pro-x piston get a pro-x ring, i like ordering from www.ronayers.com
