Well I have never done back to back tests with two props to test this out but back in the early 90's I was lucky enough to have Skat-Trak as a sponsor and this was one of the things they recommended to improve hook-up. Does 3mm make that much difference? I not sure but every little bit helps...

Means they cut aprox 3mm off the back of the impeller so it sits farther back in the pump. Gives better hookup. Yes the 13/15 should have better bottom end. Steve
