Hey 'Saki... wanna go for a lame trail ride?

Back when I was a teenager, at the GNCC races we would damn up streams or put rocks and sticks out on thr trails. The pros never had a problem with our "obsticals" but man the c down riders would :) I quit dointg that stupid stuff when I ran a race or two. After two hours of falling down on a...

    JetTraction vs. HydroTurf Whos better

Gator Grip: http://www.noslipgatorgrip.com/servlet/StoreFront All I have ever used was HT. I had some ribbed, it wore at the ribs and faded but oh well. Just buy it by the sheet and not the precut. I can turf two X2's for what I would pay for one precut mat set.

Will a 650sx manifold and carb fit on an X2?

The real problem will be that the 650 SX stock keihin has the throttle cable pull down where an X2 has the throttle cable pull up. You will have to use a 650 SX cable and route it so that it pulls down. If I were you, I would find a 94/95 X2 carb which is a Keihin 40mm. Or spring for a...

Factory 750 Pipe questions--Is it any good?

What bolts up no problems? Only way I would suggest the 750 mod chamber is if it was the complete pipe so you could get the head pipe. But it is only the chamber so no. I have thought of getting one and seeing if I could get it to fit but I already have three other chambers to try.

Factory 750 Pipe questions--Is it any good?

Yeah there was a thread on here where a guy couldn't get one to fit his X2. Look for an SJ limited or WB limited instead.

After watching the Moto X stuff on ESPN yesterday I couldn't resist taking YZ250FPilot's 1977 Yamaha YZ 80 for a spin. Since he had it sitting outside while cleaning his garage we ripped up a few laps on it. Here is a little cell phone video of him ripping it up outside his house...

    How to adapt a SBN 44 to a stock 38? 650sx Manifold?

Got a pic pf that adapter? All the adapters I ever saw converted a Mikuni manifold for use with a Keihin carb.

    How to adapt a SBN 44 to a stock 38? 650sx Manifold?

Keep an eye out. That one is new. You can find them for 50 or less usually. It IS the prime season for selling parts... not buying parts. Over the colder months parts prices go way down.

Hey 'Saki... wanna go for a lame trail ride?

Nah no goggles that day. It was a rinky dink beginners track that the guy in the back ground owned. I fell over and broke my clutch lever two seconds of getting on my bike that day. I wasn't ready for a muddy spot off of the track. Only 3 of us riding it that day, I think I tossed the...

Hey 'Saki... wanna go for a lame trail ride?

Heck one time back in the early years of my jet ski obsession... I had a rag stuffed in my intake manifold to keep out crud. Then I slapped a head on the engine and I wanted to see what the compression was. A quick cranking of the starter made the rag disappear unknown to me. Months later...
