I'm guessing that your camera is having a hard time photographing a top deck made of 100% pixie dust. Try to put a coat of paint on it and it may photograph then.
Of course it's not for everyone. I like the concept and the technology. RC airplanes used to always be glow fuel or 2 smoke and now look at what's out there with lithium polymer batteries and brushless motors. Boats and cars/trucks are going the same way. It's just a personal preference...

I wonder if either party has considered licensing the CAD file and then editing the file accordingly to match the X-Scream porting. Heck, a file with all the detail except the port area in question would be a huge starting point. X-Scream can create their own cases anyway given enough time...
She has a bicycle now so maybe it's a baby step towards that. We'll see. It was barely over a year ago that I had to teach her how to drive a manual transmission so that she could drive her jeep that we bought. Maybe she's up for the adventure.
7 and 8 oz? dang. I used 6 layers of 17oz biax for most of my squarenose nose reconstruction. It did make it a bit heavy, but it would take quite a hit to break it.
There's always the tour down in FL. I don't think they go much north of Orlando. I was planning on going to one of the Orlando races if that's what it takes to qualify for nats.
