    blowsion shipping????

Well, unless you specifically asked, and payed for next day, or 3 day air, regular ground is what you get even if you *say* you need it soon, unless you pay for it. Blowsion has been good to me so I cant complain. Takes their stuff a while to get here to michigan but I havent needed anything...

    Oh shes hurtin..

those are stress cracks, they are cosmetic only. its not worth fixing them because they come right back. however, the bottom just mix some thickened epoxy that you would use for glassing and fill it in, sand it smooth when it cures. pretty easy

    Alternatives to foam

well, I guess i might have to try some of these new ideas.... its a very sad day. The rear rivet on my HIN plate was oddly wet, I havent rode it in 3 weeks. I blew it off, water squirts out. OVER AND OVER. Sooo I blow air into it with the air hose and my tray pops up, as well as a nice gurgling...

    Quick-Cure 5200?

unless you do it how yamaslut did his, 5200 is the best way to go. Why not glass them in? I would if I had some because I like my stuff to look good. Im just saying you dont HAVE to.
  12. IceRocket1286

    what ride plate/nozzle

no, you dont get it. ride plates have nothing to do with bottom end or top end, they have to do with handling. unless your ride plate has a 12 inch extension pushing the nose down under water, then that would affect speed. but in your case it has no relevance.
  13. IceRocket1286

    Quick-Cure 5200?

No, you dont have to fair/feather them in at all. Thats only if you want them to look alot nicer. It might add a bit of strength but not much at all. I'd use regular cure, unless your in a crunch. Borrow a ski from a friend and ride :D
  14. IceRocket1286

    what ride plate/nozzle

ride plates dont give you bottom end. they have nothing to do with bottom end. hahahahahah What do you mean you were "thinking" about a reduction nozzle? You cant ride your ski without one.
  15. IceRocket1286

Quick talk me out of it...

yeah put your ski back together so you CAN ride it

    freestyle SXR done!

if you take the black nosepice off of the sxr, it is pretty round to begin with, just have to maybe grind or cut some parts of the front down, and fiberglass it all nice, etc.
