It is easier to use a bracket made for the SN to RN pole conversion. Check out Fryhazard, he produces them from time to time. The stock SN bracket can be used with lots of grinding.

I'd take it back to the shop!!! The dome size would be good to know since they affect compression......which octane of gas can affect. Reg high test.....93 octane?

How good are you with wiring diagrams? You know it helps to take pics while you're taking something apart for the first time to help you remember where everything goes when assembling. Also, put the plugs in or cover the holes.....next thing you know you'll be asking why your compression is...

In the other thread you said you added a SBN 46 too......is your jetting off? How does it run in the water? What domes are in your head? What octane gas are you using? A little more detailed info and patience will get you a long way.

IMO a top deck conversion would hardly be worth it unless you're changing pump cavity setup/bulkhead placement or relocating motor mounts for different motors. Otherwise just buy a RN hull....

Sure, there's builders out there....but not for 1600, or a known good crank. Take Group K for example. About 1800 for the 845 setup....BUT, you need a 62T or 64X cylinder, 62T B Pipe manifold, carb mods, pipe mods, and possible other stuff depending on your current setup. Chris has come up...
