Your short hull will be light on the nose. A little less weight in the tail might help it handle a little better. :dunno:

Your a tall dude... I'd take at least 4in. off the pole. If you want more then I'd start changing the steering & pole bracket. It's easier to change the steering parts then to cut the pole. I'm @ 6'0 & have more than 8in. off my setup.
