Did you guys launch from the Bolles Harbor Boat launch? You have to ride out of the harbor, alongside a pier, and around to the left to get to the hothole?

Ok on a serious note....did anyone ride outside of the hothole? Lake erie usually puts out some pretty decent waves because we have a practice course just outside of the hothole running along the beach by the powerlines. Was it rough out?

if you cant figure out how to make a decent buoy and counterweight setup you shouldnt make anything.

my sxr will do the same thing if my battery terminals are not getting a good connection with the ground or positive cables. It happend to me 2 weekends in a row at a race on the line. Needless to say it was not fun.

Instead of drain plugs, I suggesting trying installing 2 duck bill drains. They drain water automatically, and you dont have to plug/unplug them like a drain plug, it can be left alone.

I'd have to say because 2 people can ride, modded skis tend to always have problems...when your talking about a $12000 ski that is..or even a cheap modded ski, and then you spend even more money fixing it.

Buy an sxr, spend alot less money, and it rips harder than a new superjet all day long, since your not too interested in doing mods. besides, majority of the ppl on this website swear by the "701 b pipe SJ" and I have yet to ride one that lives up to the expectations I thought it would be...

My friends ski had a similair problem. He had a pickup trigger go bad. See if yours is bad, if so, relace it. or replace it anyway since youve gone over this a million times anyway.

5200 slow cure takes at least 7 days to cure fully. Quick dry cures quick, but is not as strong by a long shot. Just do it right, buy a new pump shoe.
