My guess is there are lots of places in Louisiana that are in dispute as to weather they are navagable or not (marshlands that flood often etc) and the ruling is specific to those cases. Wonder why the story only appears in some obscure trade rag. (Even the MRAA doesn't mention it on their site)

FYI the normal procedure takes several months to get a passport. - anybody who might ever want to travel ought to just do it so you arent sweating it out or paying $$ for expidited service when you decied to take a trip.

I can put more than half my weight on one foot - can't seem to find the nerve to step the other foot off the ski! BTW You really need to be in the high 40's at least for this..
