there are probably 10 ways to do it. I'd probably cut out like you would for footholds and then de-foam that area. Throw a couple layers of 1708 knytex or similar behind the damage. Go to the outside and grind down to your knytex then throw a couple layers of kyntex on the outside to get back...

He's being completely unrealistic and he's lying. Sitting exposed with no flywheel cover on means that the ignition is junk and probably the flywheel too. There is no way either of those ran last season. Even if they did, why did he take the flywheel cover off? My guess is because it wasn't...

you can ride in the inlet only without a permit. IMO it's worth the $25 bucks to beach launch.

not exactly on the beach. cross the inlet bridge going south then turn right into the park and follow it until you see jetskis. You will probably have to pay 3 bucks to get it. I don't know what to tell you on the helmets. Not mandatory, but a very very good idea.

both have exposed ignitions where the flywheel covers were removed and the one full of leaves has nothing keeping water out of the engine via the carbs. I'd count on the motors being good for cores only.
