You are bringing back nightmares of last spring I had the same issues. The pipe made good power when it would stay on but it wouldnt stay on for very long. Good luck I never tried the shim trick hopefully that will do it for ya.
I struggled with this last season for hours. Then it turned out I was doing it wrong. I had another set of eyes look at it and he got it in in ten minutes.
Id think twice about putting them into thetrayI have mine that way on my blaster last year a fuel line popped off when I turned the pumps on it filled the trays with oily water it is still slippery to this day. Luckily I have black turf so it didnt stain but every time it gets wet i almost slip off.
What did you do for the trim maybe I missed it somewhere in the thread. Is there an easy way to put a lever on it. Just curious cuz I have 2 X2 builds goin on right now.
There are alot of people Me included that actually ride wearing dirt bike gloves and freeride dirtbike pants. Try and maybe work that angle that they wouldnt even really have to come out with too many new products at first just new marketing.
