Westcoast head gasket

I have been using westcoast heads for years but I recently got one off ebay for my x2. Thisone has o rings around the combustion chambers. It also has residue from a head gasket. What should I use I have heard that there used to be special gaskets for westcoast. The orings need to be replaced, so can I just replace them and use some 1211, can I forget them and just use a stock head gasket or do I have to try and find a westcoast head gasket? Hopefully not the last one.

I would say that the o-rings need to be there definately, but not too sure about the gasket? Do you happen to need any other X-2 stuff? I have 2 of them, one stripped but have all parts, the other whole. LMK -Kurt

Yeah I do need some more x2 stuff maybe we can trade some for some of the rest of the hull. I'll let you know

get with gordy at pacific jet sports. he is having the westcoast gaskets, and o-rings made again.

Its true just ordered the set gordy had them so if any one else has the same problem contact Pacific Jet Sports

I had my stock head done on my old X2 and it used O-rings as well. I was told to use clear silicone as a head gasket and never had any problems.
