Yamaha dosent use stainless on the motor or pump itself as Stainless and Aluminum are a corrosive toward one another. Pretty smart IMO.

True. The starter bushing in my cases that Paul machined out and replaced lasted almost a whole season before breaking in to pieces. I guess that is what happens when you remove some of the aluminum that is supposed to hold it in place. I did get some bolts from him that are holding strong!

I am not commenting on his work. I have seen plenty of his motors run great. I am more concerned at all the lies he tells. Paul is a very smart man. Just not very honest.

Well tornados usually destroy things so that is some bad news IMO.

I noticed some grease leaking from my crank seal in the front. COuld it be form the grease I installed new or do you think they are bad? See Pic.
