Went to drop my bottom deck off at tem's today and got to wax the mold for my topdeck!!!! i cant wait!

Pm Tem (berky) if you have any questions on the composite pole im sure he will be happy to answer any questions. He does make them.

I used a belt sander with 60 grit to get the main portion off. Then to get down in the cracks a 4 inch grinding wheel It works well but you have to be careful. Then went over everything with a 60 grit 5" orbital sander. Took about 1 hour for the whole thing.

Alright so the other one has been painted and ready to drop the motor in.. We are waiting for a driveshaft to get here so we can install everything on it. Mine Just needs the hood glassed I cut it so i could show everyone what we did with dropping the pole and cutting it thinner.

Ribs are sanded and all the green is gone... Ready to go to tem!

update....

Alright found out my starter was bad i just got done installing a new one and everything is in the hull and the motor starts.... Trickling charging the battery today and finnishing up the pole tomorrow. Then installing the pump and possibly a test ride by this weekend. I havent mod'd the hood...

having some engine issues right now ... have had alot of issues in the past 3 days with stuff not going as planned so im a little behind... i thought i would be done this weekend. Not!

Got the turf almost done.... top deck is painted and installed 2 footstraps(1 mor eto go). Should finnish up this week.

Alright so i already have the complete top deck removed. Saved the bulkhead. Defoamed. right now it weighs 61.6 with a pump shoe and bulkhead. Tomorrow i will sand and remove the ribs. josh this one is for you, its my work hat.
