    I am EXTREMLEY curious as to how the flat deck will be reinforced and designed to withstand a backflip and the ski not break in half... I own a flat deck right now and i would never try to flip it for that reason. Also curious on the special footholds. Flatdecks usually have footstraps.

    this is way beyond cavitation. also everything is aligned properly.

    brett as soon as i replace my driveshaft ill bring it out... and hfurll i would do alot of things different... first off put a 650 pump in. only put 2 foot straps on. do a better job on my glass work. and last of all not put this much time and money into a 550 be smart and do what bretts doing lol.

    after i first built it it wasnt tuned. since then i have gotten it tunned and it hasnt helped one bit... It feels like i hand grenade is under you at low rpms. like the pump is going to explode but it doesnt... ive checked it all and it seems fine im very confused.

    I built a 550/650 conversion and everything works excellent. Except when i ride the ski shakes pretty bad at low rpms but when i get up to plane its fine. I have completely taken apart the ski and re aligned and double checked everything 1 time already and its all perfect... so it cant be...
