The water line to bottom of the manifold feeds the water jacket, its good as you have it...the top one on the manifold is for water injection, leave it plugged. you should tell us how your water lines feed the motor from the pump also. every detail counts

Yamaha has had a 4 stroke Superjet for 15+ years, as did Kawi. The SJ has never seen the light of day aside from prototype testing. I hope they continue to produce the SJ we all love, side by side with a 4 stroke.
