Doesn't that make it hard to remove the screws and clean the injector holes? I do that 3 or 4 times a season to make sure I am getting the right flow into the pipe. This pipe that is stuck is off a ski I am working on for someone.

I never thought it would be covered until i read, someplace maybe the other site, that they were covering it. I made the argument that I have 5 FPP pipes in my garage right now so it isn't like they have not made their money (in the $3k range i would guess on just those 5 pipes) Oh well I guess...

I swear people have said they sent their FPP headpipe in for frozen screws to be taken out? I sent one in and they said they never covered that under warranty? Did I dream up people saying they had it covered or is FPP giving me the run around?

no i just ran a super heavy duty 4 ply silicone coupler on mine and got 2 season out it still going strong.

The ones for running oem arrestors on Novi or Full spectrum carbs like wammer sells? I would like to see a pic of those.

i would reinforce it in the back too if you plan to BF and rolls the ski will last a lot longer this way. You will end up refoaming in a year or so and probably fixing cracks if you don't...just my .02 see what others say.

lighten the flywheel will be the best $60ish you spend. While you have the flywheel off bump the timing up. With stock cdi and 185psi you will be fine with the advance and it is a free mod. After that porting and bigger carbs would be the next step.

BTW I did do a search for TBM and TBM pump and got crap for results for some reason..i wasn't being lazy reposting something that i see now in the thread you linked to has been covered.
