your trim is a great setup, you will love how the boat reacts. on my drop nozzle we can adust the stop so that the nozzle is slightly trimed up at alll times, it makes the front light and the boat really wanted to jump out of the water, gets rid of that race boat feel

to get back on the water cheap I had a machine shop hone one once. they had a large hone for tractor cylinders. a new liner is the way to go but sometimes you just need to get back on the water fast

i'm not going to install it till monday. We have some friends coming down to ride this weekend and are going to pull the bajas out again, so i don't want to be tuning. I will keep you posted rat, this looks like a nice setup and I have to try it, just because lamey built it.

steering changes, straight bars and shorter turnplate

i'm thinking the kawi manifold would be easier to work with an adapter plate because it uses 3 bolts a cylinder to mount, eliminating the bolt pattern overlap you've prolly seen. the b-pipe head pipe will bolt to it. it would easily clear the 1300r non pv cylinders.

, i dont know if its that restrictive because the carb hole is much smaller than the oem reed area. I cant see how the outer edges of the super large reeds can ever be used. gp1200r and gp1300r have benefited by going with the smaller vf3's
